With over 32 years as a practicing attorney, Daniel Lemongello brings deep litigation, trial, and dispute resolution expertise to every mediation. A University of Miami graduate with a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, he has successfully handled and tried a broad spectrum of complex cases—from automobile and bicycle accidents, slip-and-fall claims, and dog bites to products liability, property damage, boating accidents, and insurance coverage disputes.
Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, including corporations and individuals, he understands every case from all angles: the strengths, the risks, and the true value. After guiding numerous matters through trial and verdict, he has seen firsthand how effective mediation delivers what the courtroom often cannot: certainty, closure, and relief from the financial and emotional toll of prolonged litigation.
